Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. DrivePad runs in the browser and can optionally be added to your phone’s home screen like a regular app. No app store required.
What happens after the 14 free days?
To keep working you pay for a plan; no card is needed at sign-up. If you don’t, the account switches to read-only mode: you can see your data but not change it, and new student bookings are disabled. Everything resumes right after payment. Your data is not deleted.
How do students book a lesson?
You send students the link to your page. They sign up, pick a free time and book. You get a notification.
Is there a limit on students?
No. Both plans have no limits on students or bookings.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through secure payment providers (Monobank). We never store card details. You can get a refund within 7 days of payment — see the public offer (Ukrainian).
Is my students’ data safe?
Data is stored in Google Firebase’s secure cloud. Only the instructor and each student (for their own data) can access bookings. Details in the privacy policy (Ukrainian).
